What Is A Uniform

A uniform is a piece or pieces of clothing specially worn when listening to the files/sessions, and generally trained as a way to activate the Bambi persona. A uniform can be as simple as a ribbon, bracelet, collar or pair of panties, or as complex as a complete, especially feminine/sexy outfit. Your uniform can be anything you want, as long as you make the mental association that it is your uniform. You can have multiple uniforms, or several pieces you combine in different ways. The important part is making sure whatever you choose as a uniform is something unique you wear only for the sessions or to bring out Bambi, and not at any other time. This is one of the main and only implicit safeties offered by the files — most conditioning and triggers won't take effect, or will at least be substantially reduced, unless you are wearing your uniform.
